Round 1 - Glenrock, Newcastle

The event centre will be at the Glenrock trailhead on Gun Club Road off Fernleigh Loop in Newcastle.
Unfortunately camping won't be available at the this track.

Round 2 - Ourimbah MTB Park

Rocky Trail's 'home trail' which gets looked after by the CCMTB club in cooperation with the Forestry Corporation.

Take the F3 from Sydney, take the Wyong turnoff, turn left and follow the road to the T junction. Turn left towards Yarramalong for a couple of km's and Red Hill road will be on your left as you come down the first hill.

From the North take the F3 and exit at the Sparks Rd / Toukley off ramp and turn right. After 300 metres at the T junction turn left onto Hue Hue Rd. Follow this to the T junction. Turn right towards Yarramalong. Red Hill Rd is a couple of Km's on your left as you come down the first hill.

Camping is allowed at this venue.

Round 3 - Coondoo State Forest, Nowra

For the first time Rocky Trail will head to the trails of SCUM who invited us to race there. Located just south of Nowra this trail is fast and flowy with little climbing per lap. The area is managed by the Forestry Corporation. Camping is allowed at this venue.

Round 4 - Stromlo Forest Park, Canberra

How to get to the event location:
The venue is Stromlo Forest Park and it is off Cotter Road in Canberra (ACT).
You get to Cotter Road via the Tuggeranong Parkway. Once on Cotter road, continue onto John Gorton Drive until you get to Opperman Avenue. Turn left at the traffic lights on Opperman Avenue and continue until you reach Stromlo Forest Park. There is a big round about at the entrance; you will see the car park where the main event centre is located.

It is a public MTB track and you can ride it in the lead up to the race.

You can camp at the Stromlo car park and event centre on the Friday night.

This was the trackmap for 2017. We will come up with a fresh and exciting trail in 2018.

Round 5 - Wingello

We have been asked for many years now by riders to run an event there and finally we will bring you the Shimano GP finale there in 2018.

The trails are managed by the Forestry Corporation and built and maintained by the Southern Highlands CC and the Southern Highlands Trails team. Camping is allowed at this venue.

Here is the proposed trailmap but changes are likely to occur and will be confirmed closer to the event date.
