Rocky Trail Entertainment proudly supports Chris and Nigel Jefferys and their Pedal 4 Pierce Charity. They “ride for kids who can’t”, raising funds to fund research to cure Congenital Muscular Dystrophy. Chris started the charity with his dad’s help when he was just 10 years old in 2009 and has since raced almost every Rocky Trail race there has been. The whole family gets involved with dad Nigel out racing, mum Rebecca often coming along for support and brother Ashley who’s a great help always at running the kids races at our events.
For the JetBlack WSMTB 12 Hour race Chris secured a brand-new coffee machine as the major prize for a raffle in which he hopes to raise money for his cause. All money is donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation of Australia.
So bring a few coins and get yourself some tickets at the race on 10 August at Dargle Farm.
