Welcome to Eurobodalla on the NSW South Coast – home to Mogo Trails & the Narooma MTB Park… and Rocky Trail Entertainment!
Eurobodalla – which stretches from South Durras to Tilba Tilba in the south – is a lush playground of ocean, river, forest and farmland. Dive into ocean-washed towns like Batemans Bay, Broulee, Narooma, Moruya and Central Tilba, pick up some of NSW’s best seafood and artisanal produce direct from makers, follow ancient Aboriginal songlines to feel a deep connection to the land or just find a stretch of beach of your very own.
Why Eurobodalla? The South Coast’s Best Kept Secret (for now!)
If you’re looking for an unforgettable riding experience that combines pristine bushland, thrilling descents, and breathtaking coastal views, then the Eurobodalla region on the NSW South Coast is your next must-visit destination. Rocky Trail Entertainment has the inside scoop on why this region is fast becoming a mountain biking mecca – and what’s on off the trails for friends & family too!
Eurobodalla, encompassing gems like Batemans Bay, Mogo, Moruya, and Narooma, has undergone a significant transformation in recent years, building a reputation as a premier mountain biking destination. With substantial investment in trail networks, particularly the new 125km Mogo Trails and the expanded Narooma Trails, riders of all levels are now spoilt for choice.

You’ll find a diverse mix of trails here:
- Gravity Enduro: Hook into the natural slopes for exhilarating downhill runs with jumps and banked turns.
- Cross-Country: Explore vast networks of singletrack through stunning forests and along the pretty coastlines.
- Family-Friendly Trails & Pathways: Amazing progressive mountain bike trails with a brand-new MTB Skills Park at Mogo Trails via the Mogo Town entry and a fun “Playground Zone” just near the car park in Narooma.
- Fun-fact: Rocky Trail is based in Batemans Bay and we’re gearing up for huge mountain biking and events in the region, especially for the launch of Sea Otter Australia this October – the new Bike Mega Festival!

Sea Otter Australia – The new MTB Mega FESTIVAL
Rocky Trail will launch the biggest MTB Festival brand – Sea Otter – in Australia. Out of the Festival Hub at Hanging Rock with over 150 cycling and outdoor brands exhibiting, we’ll run 8 official races in the Mogo Trails network. Plus a massive line-up of social rides and excursions down to Narooma and up to the new Burnaaga Adventure Trail too.
For three days, riders, visitors and – hopefully lots of locals – can cheer at race starts and prize ceremonies, see the latest tech, bikes, grab a cold one and eat delicious local food, get even the little kids on a bike in the Kids Zone, meet Australian and international pros and grab some good deals too.

Eurobodalla boasts a growing network of trails, with two major hubs leading the charge:
Mogo Trails (Batemans Bay Area)

But wait, there’s more!
Race hard, recover harder – our favourite post-ride hangouts
The Eurobodalla region isn’t just home to world-class singletrack and the upcoming Sea Otter Australia festival, it’s also a goldmine for craft breweries, historic country pubs, and killer coastal cafes. To save you the guesswork, we’ve rounded up a dozen of the absolute best spots from Batemans Bay and Mogo to Narooma to grab a specialty coffee, a massive post-race schnitty, or a well-deserved local craft pint.
Pack your appetite, because here is your official Rocky Trail guide to eating and drinking your way across the South Coast!
Munjip TRAIL Coastal Headlands Walk
Munjip Trail is a new 15km coastal headland walk in Eurobodalla. Munjip means ‘walking together, let’s go’ in the local Dhurga language.
While the trail traverses many stunning beaches and headlands, bushland and rock platforms, it also offers up artwork and stories from the Walbunja People, members of the oldest continuing culture in the world. At 15km long, the Munjip Trail could be walked (or trail run) in half a day, but if you really want to connect with the area, stop for a swim and read all the stories, I recommend taking much longer. – Jon Harris, We are Explorers
