Round 4 – Ourimbah

No start order, no worries! The Fox Superflow is the series for those who are keen to take on an endurance challenge of a different kind! Riders of all ages and many different XC or gravity backgrounds race on ‘super-flowy’ singletrails for fun or are hunting down those seconds for the win.

The race tracks and trail combinations used at the Fox Superflow at Ourimbah will take you to some hidden gems that are popular with the local racers – it is the ‘home track’ of the Rocky Trail crew on the Central Coast and we are keen to share our favourite sections with you! – Bring the whole family for the perfect riding and racing weekend getaway! This is a standalone event and you can collect points for the series ranking!

Take the F3 from Sydney, take the Wyong turnoff, turn left and follow the road to the T junction. Turn left towards Yarramalong for a couple of km’s and Red Hill road will be on your left as you come down the first hill.

From the North take the F3 and exit at the Sparks Rd / Toukley off ramp and turn right. After 300 metres at the T junction turn left onto Hue Hue Rd. Follow this to the T junction. Turn right towards Yarramalong. Red Hill Rd is a couple of Km’s on your left as you come down the first hill.

With our new timing system we have new options as well as some limitations so here is what we will run:

2 tracks – as we need phone reception for live results the finish will be near ‘Schladming’ and the big rock at the bottom of ‘Rollercoaster’ for those familiar with the track.

You will need to do 2 runs on each track and have up to 5 tries (your fastest 2 will count).

U13 and U15 categories will only have to do 1 run per track but also have mutliple tries where their fastest time will count.

Camping is allowed at this venue.


all day Free practice: tracks are marked but there are no marshalls in place.

8 am – 9 am Registration open for Superflow
9 am Rider briefing at event centre
9 am – 10.30 am Practice
10.30 am – 4 pm Race runs – you can choose the order in which you do your race runs.
2 or 3 tracks (TBC) – 1 run on each track – you get up to 5 runs per track and the fastest counts. U13 and U15 need to clock in 1 run per track as well but also get multiple runs.
4 pm Last Race Run
4.30 pm est. Ceremony
