From the wonders of the Glow Worm Tunnel to the wild majesty of the Wolgan, the Seven Valleys region encompasses the vast Lithgow City Council area, which has been hosting Rocky Trail events for over a decade!
We are racing on the home trails of the Western Tablelands MTB Club in the Lidsdale State Forest. Managed by the Forestry Corporation those trails are everything MTB trails should be.

Lithgow is located on the scenic Central Tablelands of New South Wales – The Seven Valleys!
