What a banger of a Rocky Trail racing weekend: almost 450 #rockytrailracers at the start!
The third event in the Fox Superflow® VIC Series was held at Silvan MTB Park in the Dandenong Ranges. In the Rocky Trail Academy schools competition on the Friday, the Christian College Geelong claimed the Championship School title.
Alister Farley and Rachel Hore are the Fox Superflow® Elite winners with Alister Brasher taking over the Elite Series lead in the men’s with a 10th position at Silvan. In the men’s the U19’s racer Riley Reid has most points collected so far. With three straight victories, Lian Day is the women’s outright points leader and the SuperMaster (50+) women’s division leader.
The VIC Series will continue at Mt Taylor with the first PRO Stage division, an additional 4th stage, which will require a full face helmet and offer an additional 4-stage classification to the Fox Superflow® 3-stage race.
We are also stoked to announce that the VIC and Fox Superflow® Series will have a Grand Finale at Falls Creek, which was just secured by Rocky Trail Entertainment as a venue for the weekend of 10+11 December 2022.
The next Rocky Trail Academy event will take place at Stromlo Forest Park on 6 May ahead of the Fox Superflow® racing weekend.
