We have been monitoring the weather forecast for this weekend across various key portals on an hourly basis and also through the night. Unfortunately the weather forecast hasn’t changed and we are expecting a big rain event in the Eurobodalla area (and large parts of NSW) from Friday afternoon and all day Saturday. This leaves us with no other choice than to postpone the event.
Our new proposed weekend is 21+22 November and all registered participants will automatically transferred to the new date. We will also send you an email with details regarding transfer and refund options. We are currently working on getting our permits transferred to the new date and once it’s confirmed we will re-open registrations.
Having to postpone an event for the third time sucks and we feel for all the local accommodation providers who will get asked for transfers again. We appreciate your understanding and support.
