Bad luck for Peter Selkrig: broken back wheel during stage 3. The Croc has a bite.

Says Peter, “Croc trophy. Done but not dusted yet. Broke my rear wheel today walked about 9km in total today. Got a lift back to the finish so a DNF. Spoke to the officials about my options. I took the last time of the person in my cat + a 1 hour penalty for GC. Now it’s about having a good time and try to get back to the podium at the end, lucky it’s early on in the race.”

That’s the spirit, we say!
