It’s Rocky Trail race weekend and awesome to have you at the startline with us at the Australian Single Speed MTB Championships!
In partnership with local organising committee John Searsdon, CORCA MTb Club, Sunshine Coast Council – welcome to the Sunny Coast!
We are excited that the local MTB community are again teaming up with our Rocky Trail CREW to bring the Singlespeed party to town! Rocky Trail will help deliver the event with the club. Soak up the good times with great people, fun trails and quality banter, we’re sure this event will deliver on all levels.
Rocky Trail Entertainment is looking forward to delivering the race course and letting the fun and frivolity begin. We have some rider briefing info and all the important last minute updates for you:

Venue: Sugar Bag MTB Park, Coloundra

Parking:Sugar Bag has had an amazing upgrade with lots of flora and landscaping going in over the past few weeks and days. Currently, minimal onsite parking is available. NO parking along Sugarbag Road – traffic officers are known to be monitoring the area.
Overflow local residential streets, Mark Road East – industrial area, bottom of the park
Event Centre:
Construction has just finished and the large centre grass area is now open BUT NO BIKES ALLOWED on the grass, please. Thank you for your cooperation.
Schedule:
8am Race plate pick-up
9am Racing starts
Format:
3 laps of 7km challenge
Timing:
Race plates with passive timing chips, automatic race timing and LIVE results online all day.
Event Services:
Live timing
Sadly no food service available on Sunday.
Venue is centrally located at Caloundra
Toilets: Eight unisex toilets on site.
Water: Drinking water taps are on site.
MEDICAL: On site in the event centre and roaming out on track. The Race Director mobile number is available on your race plate for any issues out on track.
Tents/team set ups: Are welcome – no spikes allowed – need weights/sand/water containers
