Venue update (09.03)
After exploring a few options we locked down the awesome trails at Majura Pines as location for Round 2 of the Shimano MTB GP. We raced the first stage of last year’s Terra in the Berra there and immediately knew that we should use those trails more often in the coming season.
Bush fire update (30.01)
Unfortunately we can confirm that the trails in Wingello have been burnt too badly for us to stage this year’s GP there. We are working on an alternative track which should be confirmed in the coming weeks.
Bush fire update (14.01)
We are of course aware that the area has been quite badly hit with bushfires. Our aim is to stage the GP in Wingello as planned to give a much needed boost to local shops, restaurants and accommodation providers. However it it’s not ready in time or unsafe we will have an alternative venue ready for you. It’s too early to make a call but we will keep you informed as soon as we have any updates.
At this stage we quickly want to thank our partners from State Forests who keep us up to date and are fantastic to work with in these challenging times.
