Dear AMB100 racers,
The 2014 edition of Rocky Trail’s AMB100 Marathon Race at Stromlo Forest Park is going ahead as planned. The park will be open for tomorrow’s race day and we are monitoring the weather conditions very closely.
It will be a hot day and we are in direct contact with the ACT emergency services, who have been informed about our event. In the unlikely case of an evacuation, emergency procedures are in place. Please pay extra attention during the rider briefing by the Race Director before race start.
Quick reminders:
- You can pick up number plates today, Saturday, from 4pm in the Stromlo Pavilion office (near amenities block).
- 100-miler registration tomorrow, Sunday, at 4.45am in front of the Pavilion office for race start at 5am.
- All other riders, register from 6am in the main event centre next to the car park for the still earlier mass race start at 8am.
