Race Report by Sebastien Deubel – Rollercoaster Rd 1

A regular at Rocky Trail races, Sebastien Deubel, has written a race report following the Rollercoaster Gravity Enduro NSW State Round 1 at Ourimbah on 27 January 2014.

We’re excited to have Sebastien among our racing crowd – this man’s heart beats for gravity enduro racing and this comes through in his account of the race day. It’s full of passion and ticks all the boxes of why so many Australian mountain bikers have caught the gravity enduro racing bug!

About Sebastien Deubel:
He is the Mechanical Engineer at Deubel Bicycles and has been racing All-Mountain and Gravity Enduro style events in Europe during the 90’s, including the infamous Megavalanche in France, which he won in 1998 in the amateur category.  He moved to Australia to design and build the Deubel 2UP bikes with his wife Gisella, based on his riding passion and racing experience.
